Ignitex Management
An events and artist management platform built for the esports community, supporting BGMI and Free Fire tournaments with end-to-end team registration, payments, and squad management.
Ignitex Management was built to bring structure and professionalism to grassroots esports events in India. The platform handles the full lifecycle of a tournament — from event creation and artist or team onboarding to registration, payment collection, and post-event management — all in one place.
The registration flow supports multi-step squad onboarding with BGMI and Free Fire UID validation, duplicate player detection, and roster management. Payments are handled via Razorpay with order creation, signature verification, and automatic status transitions from PENDING to PAID. Participants receive confirmation emails via AWS SES once their registration is complete.
On the admin side, the platform provides full CRUD management for events, artists, teams, and WhatsApp group links, making it easy for organizers to coordinate large-scale tournaments. The stack is built on React Router v7 with a Node.js backend, deployed via GitHub Actions CI/CD, Nginx reverse proxy, PM2, and CloudFront for static asset delivery.
